Biography:
Rasa Zolynaitė is a PhD student at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Vytauto Magnus University. Her research focuses on the biodiversity and dynamics of freshwater ecosystems. Parallel to her academic pursuits, she works at the Environmental Protection Department under the Ministry of Environment, where she integrates practical experience with academic insights. Her research interests center on the impact of anthropogenic factors on macroinvertebrate communities, aiming to contribute to the development of sustainable environmental protection strategies.
